About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and hands‑on Regional Marketing Manager to lead and execute all marketing initiatives across Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong.
This is a standalone role responsible for full‑spectrum marketing ownership, covering strategy development and hands‑on execution across digital, retail, social, and brand initiatives. The ideal candidate is both strategic and operational, capable of driving growth independently while managing multiple markets simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong.
- Localize global brand guidelines and campaigns to align with each market's consumer behavior and competitive landscape.
- Drive both e‑commerce growth and retail store traffic through coordinated online and offline initiatives.
- Plan and manage annual marketing calendars, campaigns, and budgets.
