Position Summary The Regional Manager oversees operational performance, personnel management, and regulatory compliance across a portfolio of residential properties within an assigned geographic region. This role requires experience with affordable housing programs—including LIHTC, Section 8, and HOME—as well as the ability to lead large, diverse teams. Regular travel between properties is expected. The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under demanding conditions. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build collaborative, team‑based environments are essential.
