About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the commercial team for the Wholesale business in the Southern region
  • Define business strategies to maximize managerial results
  • Monitor the team's development daily and monthly (deliverables and KPIs)
  • Recruit and develop the Sales team
  • Strategically develop business to ensure the rollout and launch of new tools and products
  • Assist in the sales closing process
  • Interface with other departments across the company
  • Responsible for sales strategies and for developing and implementing commercial processes
  • Responsible for developing and proposing the sales team structure to meet the area's budget program
  • Promote the company's culture and values
  • Perform analyses and benchmarking against market trends
