About the Role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the commercial team for the Wholesale business in the Southern region
- Define business strategies to maximize managerial results
- Monitor the team's development daily and monthly (deliverables and KPIs)
- Recruit and develop the Sales team
- Strategically develop business to ensure the rollout and launch of new tools and products
- Assist in the sales closing process
- Interface with other departments across the company
- Responsible for sales strategies and for developing and implementing commercial processes
- Responsible for developing and proposing the sales team structure to meet the area's budget program
- Promote the company's culture and values
- Perform analyses and benchmarking against market trends
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial management and leadership of sales teams
