Responsibilities Business Operations & Financial Oversight (Ownership | Judgment): Ensure payroll accuracy, budget alignment, and proper staffing. Monitor inventory and expenses to reduce waste and maintain fiscal discipline. Clinical & Utilization Oversight (Judgment | Urgency): Review emergency send-outs and offsite utilization for timeliness and cost impact. Spot trends and partner with site leaders to address overuse or inefficiencies quickly. Compliance & Task Management (Reliability | Communication): Track task completion and workflow adherence in line with policy, NCCHC/ACA standards, and contract requirements.
