About the Role
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of global freight forwarding solutions across air, ocean, road, and rail freight services
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Operations, IT, Legal, and external stakeholders) to deliver integrated operational and system solutions
- Gather and translate customer requirements into standardized SOPs/eSOPs to ensure accurate and zero‑defect implementation
- Collaborate with IT teams on eSolutions development, including requirements gathering, SIT/UAT testing, issue resolution, deployment, and post‑go‑live support
- Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and change requests to ensure successful delivery outcomes
- Communicate project updates through regular reporting, reviews, and stakeholder meetings
