Role OverviewPurpose: The Regional Commercial Enablement Lead is responsible for driving sales effectiveness and productivity across the APAC region for the Surgery business. This role will be equipping all relevant sales and clinical team members with the tools, training, content and technologies required to engage customers effectively and accelerate profitable growth. There will also be full responsibility for implementing robust metrics to ensure progress is measured, transparent and broadly communicated.
