The Regional GX Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving Group Exercise (GX) performance, operational excellence, and service quality across assigned clubs within the region. This position acts as the critical link between club-level operations and corporate strategy, ensuring seamless implementation of GX programs while fostering innovation, talent development, and brand‑aligned service standards.

• Support driving performance, training, and member growth across Group Exercise for assigned clubs.
• Work closely with coaches/instructors to fully support GX, member engagement, and program innovation.
