About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Education Partner (English) to join the School Effectiveness and Governance Service. This is a key leadership role within Children, Education and Families, responsible for supporting school improvement, strengthening educational outcomes, and providing strategic challenge and support to schools across a designated geographical region. The successful candidate will likely oversee the North Oxfordshire region, covering the Bicester to Banbury (M40 corridor) area and supporting approximately 25 schools.
