Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the accounts of Regional Distributors in Region XI and XII.
• Ensure healthy Profit and Loss (P&L) performance of both RDs and PDs.
• Monitor Sell-In and Sell-Out performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Conduct regular visits to PD offices and Areas of Responsibility (AORs).
• Perform trade checks with retailers and telco partners to ensure execution and compliance.
• Drive operational excellence and ensure adherence to company standards, guidelines, and performance targets.
• Ensure PD compliance with all programs and execution requirements mandated by Smart Communications.
