Regional Director (Commercial Clients)

Requirements

• Is highly commercially aware with a strategic understanding of banking markets
• A considerable number of years’ experience in Corporate and Commercial Banking, and broad knowledge of all aspects of this as it relates to all target sectors
• Adept at relationship building, influencing and negotiating skills, up to Executive level both internally and externally
• Substantial experience in a relationship management environment, as well as significant experience of successfully leading teams
• Specific experience in lending to companies within the business segment, and in driving the credit analysis for such deals (advanced level of credit and risk knowledge and skills)
• Degree-level education (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting. — (Preferred)
• Relevant professional banking or finance qualification, such as the Chartered Banker Diploma, ACIB, ...
