About the Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Director in our office, with responsibility for the overall performance and profitability in our British Columbia region. Reporting to the VP, Underwriting and Strategic Growth, the successful individual will be accountable for regional underwriting, operations, broker relationships, and financial results. The Regional Director shares responsibility for the development and implementation of the strategic plan and for achieving regional and enterprise objectives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Contribute to sound company and regional planning by participating in the strategic direction of the company;

  • Develop and implement a regional business plan that supports Peace Hills’ strategic objectives and underwriting appetite;

  • Assume responsibility for the management, production and profitability of each line of business for overall regional results;

  • Oversee regional operations;
