Responsibilities

  • Dealer Network Management: Supervising dealerships to ensure they adhere to manufacturer standards regarding facilities, tooling, and operational processes.
  • Revenue & Performance Growth: Driving targets for parts revenue, service intake, labor sales and driving revenue expansion.
  • Operational Excellence: Monitoring Work in Progress (WIP) at dealerships and implementing continuous improvement strategies for workshop productivity and operational support systems.
