In this position, you will manage all aspects of payroll processing, from employee records to compliance with Canadian regulations. Ideal candidates will be self-starters with deep payroll knowledge and an eye for detail, ready to tackle payroll complexities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately process payroll with internal teams and ADP
• Validate timecards and manage year-end payroll tasks
• Oversee Workers' Compensation reporting for multiple provinces
• Aid in onboarding and offboarding procedures
• Respond to payroll-related inquiries effectively
Requirements:
• Education in Human Resources or Payroll Administration
• PCP certification or similar is highly preferred
• Minimum 2-3 years of payroll processing experience
• Strong understanding of Canadian payroll laws...
