Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and self-motivated nurse with strong clinical, leadership skills and expertise to join the Haemoglobinopathy (red cell haematology) nursing team as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner. This will provide an excellent opportunity to focus your advanced nursing skills on direct patient care and service development.
The post holder will be responsible for the coordination of patients throughout their complex care journey and now with the exciting opportunity to help develop and oversee patient pathways for gene therapy and BMT. They will work closely with the CNS team and medical team.
Within the service, there is a wide breadth of experience and the post holder will need to work across all patient cohorts, including the paediatric and young adults service, to ensure a safe service.
