We're Hiring: Recruitment Partner (Open to Fresh Graduates)

Handle end-to-end recruitment for SG clients, identifying and engaging top talent, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive hiring experience for both clients and candidates.

Location: Bukit Bintang

Work Mode: Hybrid (after probation)

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with Consultants to understand staffing needs
• Source and screen candidates across various roles
• Build relationships with potential candidates and maintain a talent pipeline
• Assist in coordinating interviews
• Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS

What We're Looking For:

• Any Bachelor's degree
• Candidates with HR and/or HR internship experience will be an added bonus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
