Coordinate recruitment and deployment of foreign workers by managing overseas partnerships, Work Permit applications, documentation, and daily operations to ensure smooth placement and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate recruitment activities with overseas partners in key sourcing countries to secure suitable candidates aligned with client requirements
• Manage Work Permit applications, issuance, and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) compliance processes to ensure lawful deployment of workers
