Job Description  Manat Technical is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager  to handle end-to-end recruitment for IT Data Center and ADNOC-related positions in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong local market knowledge and established recruitment agency contacts within the UAE. 
Key Responsibilities  Lead full recruitment cycle for IT Data Center and ADNOC project roles 
Manage bulk and niche hiring as per project timelines 
Coordinate with recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers in Abu Dhabi 
Source screen and shortlist qualified candidates 
Ensure compliance with ADNOC and UAE recruitment standards
