About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Source and interview candidates through various channels, including job portals and social media platforms.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding by collaborating closely with HR for new hires.
  • Develop new business opportunities by cold calls and engaging with new clients.
Requirements
  • Diploma/degree in any field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
