The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will operate as a 360‑degree consultant. This means you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from hunting for new business and managing client relationships to sourcing and placing top‑tier candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Prospect and pitch to potential clients to secure new business opportunities and job orders.
  • Account Management: Maintain and scale existing client relationships by understanding their hiring needs and corporate culture.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Headhunt, network, and source high‑caliber candidates using job boards, social media (LinkedIn Recruiter), and our internal database.
  • Interviewing & Vetting: Screen resumes, conduct thorough interviews, and short‑list the best talent for your clients.
