The Role:

  • Business development to expand the market share
  • Liaise with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations
  • Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting the right candidates according to client's requirement
  • Identifying and generating potential job seekers and profiles' database
  • Proactively source and screen candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Negotiate offers and terms of employment between clients and candidates, ensuring a mutually beneficial outcome.
