Responsibilities:
Perform end-to-end recruitment cycle from job posting, selection, interview to hire.
Assess candidates’ skill, strength, career interest for good career matching.
Manage stakeholders’ and candidates’ expectation in order to facilitate a good hire.
Utilize recruitment tools provided for you to reach out and attract candidates.
Manage assigned roles to fulfillment. No business development will be required.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in any discipline
Result-oriented and able to work independently
Sincere and equipped with good interpersonal skill
Relevant recruitment, HR or Technical professional background will be highly desirable. Though we are open to Fresh graduate who is keen to explore this role (Training will be provided).
