We are looking for an experienced recruitment consultantwith strong sales experience within the engineering and mining sector. The successful candidate must be able to work in a highly demanding and diverserole. The role involves the following:

Roles andResponsibilities

• Reviewing applications, managinginterviews and considers Candidates and shortlists
• Negotiating fees with Clients
• Clarifying and negotiating salaryand benefits relating to the role
• Establish relationships withexisting clients
• Headhunting, identify andapproach suitable candidates
• Use marketing and businessknowledge to establish new clients
• Place adverts on various jobportals

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 5 yearsrecruitment industry experience within the engineering and mining sector
