Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates, while building strong relationships with clients and candidates. You will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on market trends and talent acquisition strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• A results-driven mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
