Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing, hands-on Delivery Team Lead to join RED Global's Life Sciences division, our second-largest practice globally.

In this solutions-led leadership role, you will work alongside one of our most established business units, driving team performance while remaining close to the market. You will directly manage, mentor, and scale a team of 10 experienced Delivery Consultants focused on resourcing enterprise-level SAP S/4HANA, Digital Core, Data, and AI programs for major global life sciences organizations.
