Responsibilities

  • Regularly manage full-cycle recruiting activities for full-time, temporary, part‑time, and intern positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, workforce priorities, and position requirements.
  • Review job descriptions and candidate qualifications to identify appropriate talent.
  • Source and screen candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, databases, and social media.
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, hiring discussions, and recruiting logistics.
  • Maintain candidate pipeline activity, candidate status updates, and recruiting metrics within the applicant tracking system.
  • Support onboarding activities and offer administration for new hires.
