Description We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support hiring initiatives for renewable energy teams in Houston, Texas. This Long-term Contract position will lead full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of corporate, technical, and field roles tied to wind and solar projects. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing expertise, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and can partner effectively with hiring leaders to deliver high-quality talent across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the complete recruiting lifecycle for exempt and non-exempt positions supporting wind and solar operations, from kickoff discussions through offer acceptance.
• Manage concurrent openings across technical, operational, construction, project management, safety, and maintenance functions in multiple regions.
