Responsibilities
- Own ATS hygiene across 10 to 20 active G&A requisitions, ensuring candidate records, statuses, and notes are accurate.
- Schedule and coordinate phone screens, hiring manager interviews, and panel interviews across multiple time zones.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely confirmations, agendas, and follow-ups.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep pipelines moving and flag scheduling bottlenecks.
- Manage candidate communications, including outreach replies, status updates, and offer logistics coordination.
- Post and refresh job listings across various job boards and the company careers site.
- Track and report weekly on recruiting metrics such as time-to-schedule and pipeline coverage.
