About the Role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for property management.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and recruitment databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Prepare offer letters and assist in onboarding new employees.
- Maintain recruitment records and generate hiring reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
