Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for manufacturing and warehouse roles. This role focuses on sourcing candidates, conducting phone screens, and coordinating interviews while maintaining accurate candidate records and supporting efficient hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and coordinate candidates for production, warehouse, and salaried roles.
• Manage candidate records and tracking in ATS and Excel.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with internal teams for seamless candidate experience.
