Our North East Lincolnshire Recovery Service responds to the needs of people across the county, working in locations throughout Lincolnshire to maximise the opportunities for service users. As a Recovery Worker, you’ll make a real difference as you empower and enable people to change. Role Responsibility Recovery workers act as ‘key workers’ to a caseload of service users, supporting them to decide their goals around treatment and develop plans to achieve these.
