Record to Report Ops Associate Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the team for RTR scope involving intercompany accounting, fixed assets/lease accounting, bank reconciliations, general accounting, inventory and payroll accounting & generic month-end close processes.
• Establish readiness for month‑end. Adhere to agreed cut‑off timelines and ensure completion of all transactions prepared by team.
• Ensure integrity of balance sheet transactions with particular focus around substantiation of aged unreconciled items and adherence to statutory guidelines, policies, and practices.
• Ensure tactical alignment to directives endorsed by senior management while establishing short‑term and long‑term goals.
• Ability to identify and assess process related complexities and propose potential solutions.
• Flag risks in a timely manner to external and internal stakeholders with proposed plans.
