Job Title: Administrative Support / Receptionist
Location: Boksburg, Gauteng, South Africa. Other locations: Benoni and Centurion – job availability is flexible.
Responsibilities General office duties such as cleaning, organising office equipment and maintaining office space. Responding to emails and taking telephone calls with professional telephone etiquette. Filing documents and assisting with invoicing and other administrative tasks. Other tasks as assigned by management. Qualifications Grade 12 Matric or equivalent. South African citizenship with clear checks and credible references. Fluent spoken and written English. Basic computer skills – MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point. Experience in a similar administrative role preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
