Job Responsibilities:

+ Handled front desk duties checking in and outpatients.

+ Insurance verification, flags, voicemails and other duties as assigned


Requirements
Our client is specifically looking for candidates who have:

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Medical Experience background in Patient Services

+ Basic or advanced knowledge of the EPIC electronic medical record system or other EMR's is a Preferred

+ Basic or advanced knowledge of medical data reporting systems

+ Microsoft Excel/Word knowledge
Shift 1: R046216 - Wound/Surgical

Wound: Monday through Wednesday 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM, Thursday 6:30 to 11:00;

Surgical/OPD Thursday 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Friday 5:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
Shift 2: R046182 - Emergency Department

Hours: 6:30 AM-7:00 PM & 10:30 AM-11:00 PM

Sunday (6:30 AM), Monday (10:30 AM), Thursday (6:30 AM)
