Reception & Facilities Assistant – Full time

Job Function Summary

The successful candidate will work as a Receptionist and Facilities Assistant in our Geneva office. The hours will be Monday to Friday, from 9.00 am to 6.00pm, however flexibility is required.

Principal Responsibilities

Reception Responsibilities

  • Welcome and escort internal and external guests
  • Daily collecting, sorting and distributing of incoming couriers
  • Coordinate outgoing couriers with DHL
  • Process registered/return receipt packages and deliver to post office
  • Switchboard management, filter incoming calls
  • Keeping reception area clean and tidy at all time
  • Assist EU team with Travel and Expenses
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks
