Reception & Facilities Assistant – Full time
Job Function Summary
The successful candidate will work as a Receptionist and Facilities Assistant in our Geneva office. The hours will be Monday to Friday, from 9.00 am to 6.00pm, however flexibility is required.
Principal Responsibilities
Reception Responsibilities
- Welcome and escort internal and external guests
- Daily collecting, sorting and distributing of incoming couriers
- Coordinate outgoing couriers with DHL
- Process registered/return receipt packages and deliver to post office
- Switchboard management, filter incoming calls
- Keeping reception area clean and tidy at all time
- Assist EU team with Travel and Expenses
- Ad hoc administrative tasks
