TRS Infra Ventures, a growing real estate firm, is looking for experienced Team Leaders to drive our sales teams toward excellence.

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in real estate sales/leadership

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management & Mentorship

Conduct 1:1 coaching, roleplay sales scripts, and objection-handling training Build structured onboarding programs for new recruits Run daily standups, track activity metrics, and monitor pipeline health Maintain a high-energy, resilient sales floor culture

Strategy & Target Achievement

Set daily/weekly/monthly KPIs and conversion targets Allocate territories and distribute inbound leads fairly Plan local sales campaigns aligned with developer/brokerage goals
