About the Role
Company: BLR Realty (A Real Estate arm of Leads Chilly Technologies Private Limited)
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Field-Based / Multi-Corridor Focus)
Experience: 1–2 Years of Active Bangalore Residential Sales
Compensation: Fixed Base of ₹2,40,000 Yearly CTC (Paid at ₹20,000/month) + Uncapped Performance Incentives (Champions realistically make ₹50k–₹2 L+ extra per month)
