About the Role
Responsibilities
- Sell off-plan 1 BHK 2 BHK and 2 BHK Study apartments at Courtyard One Dubai South
- Build and manage a strong broker network across the UAE
- Conduct site visits, property tours and client consultations
- Handle negotiations through to booking and SPA signing
- Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in Dubai real estate sales (off-plan preferred)
- Strong existing network of property brokers and clients in the UAE
- Deep knowledge of the Dubai property market and buyer journey
- Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic and/or Hindi a plus)
- Ambitious, target-driven, entrepreneurial mindset
- RERA broker card preferred
