Job Summary:
  • Join our client as a Reactive Planner 2, where you'll play a crucial role in scheduling services and coordinating resources to ensure exceptional customer experiences. This hybrid role requires three days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and two days remote.


    • Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate field service engineers, parts delivery, and equipment availability.
  • Serve as the primary contact for service order exceptions and escalations, ensuring professional communication and timely resolution.
  • Identify and resolve planning issues, implementing effective solutions with minimal supervision.
  • Enhance customer service by updating knowledge management content based on identified patterns in inquiries.
