R&D Packaging Project Lead — NPD & Sustainability

Job Summary

• Develop and progress packaging solutions for New Product Development projects, ensuring packaging is fit for purpose (by completing testing and trials) as well as delivering solutions which delights consumer.

Roles & Responsibilities

• To support the launch of new products, following R&D plan and interacting in teams with Sales, Marketing, Production and Quality representatives.
• To identify cost saving opportunities for the packaging material and implement across the packaging portfolio.
• Qualification of packaging material with the coordination of production, Quality and warehouse team.
• End-to-end project management for packaging development projects.
• Define quality parameters of packaging material and prepare specifications accordingly.
