R&D Executive

Responsibilities: . Develop product in accordance to food regulations, food safety standard and country standard policy . Participate in related R&D activities to create potentially profitable new products . Responsible for R&D Projects assigned and managing their progress to meet the targeted deadline . Formulation of recipes . Evaluate raw materials . Conduct shelf life stability study . Prepare reports and relevant documents as requested and compliance to ISO standard . Involved in product scale up and assist in product technology transfer . Assist in Artwork Checking . Lab maintenance and calibration of equipments . Provide technical support for product troubleshooting .
