At all times, compliy with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.Analyze engineering documentation, technical drawings and schematics, and translate them into structured, topic‑based service content.Create, update and revise service procedures, troubleshooting steps, safety information and component descriptions following internal documentation standards.Work within the ST4 Schema environment to assemble topic‑based content into complete service manuals (no prior ST4 experience required; full training will be provided).Ensure that all work follows SGS quality assurance procedures and client‑specific formatting and terminology guidelines.Collaborate with engineers, project managers and other writers to clarify technical details and ensure accuracy.Manage revisions, update logs and version control in accordance with project requirements.Complete all assigned tasks and training ...
