Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a major platinum mining project currently in the execution phase in Sub-Saharan Africa.

This role is responsible for the successful delivery of the Concentrator Plant, ensuring safe, on-time and within-budget execution from detailed engineering through construction, commissioning and operational handover. Work closely with the Project Office, Engineering Consultants, Construction Managers, Commissioning Team, Operations personnel, contractors, vendors and multidisciplinary engineering teams.

The position shall be primarily based in Johannesburg, with frequent travel to the Project site in Sub-Saharan Africa to support engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and operational readiness activities.
