Job Responsibilities
- Consistently create a welcoming environment for the customer by greeting and assisting, and responding quickly to inquiries and needs
- Be knowledgeable in all merchandise categories and able to make appropriate suggestions to customers
- Ensure that all customers receive high-quality service and quality merchandise
- Demonstrate consistent behaviors of the best R.A.Z.E.R. experience to all customers
- Regularly communicate with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to stay informed on product knowledge, USPs, and consumer benefits across all product lines
