Raw Material Warehouse & Procurement Supervisor

I/ Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the raw material warehouse, including receiving, storage, inventory control, material issuing, and warehouse process improvement.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, inspect incoming raw materials, and maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and company standards.
• Manage raw material procurement contracts, delivery schedules, and supplier coordination to ensure a stable and timely material supply.
• Review import/export and shipping documentation, and coordinate logistics activities in compliance with relevant regulations.
• Analyze procurement and inventory data to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, QA/QC, Logistics, and other SCM functions to support smooth supply chain operations.
