Ramp Supervisor

Summary The Ramp Service Supervisor is responsible for managing and coordinating all ramp operations during the assigned shift to ensure safe, efficient, and timely aircraft turnaround. This role oversees manpower and equipment deployments, maintains operational readiness, and ensures strict compliance with safety, security, and operational standards across all ramp activities. Duties and Responsibilities Work closely with Resource Allocators to plan and deploy manpower and Ground Service Equipment (GSE) for all assigned flights, ensuring operational efficiency.
Ensure all GSE are serviceable and operationally ready, and promptly report any defects or maintenance requirements.
Conduct pre-shift safety briefings to reinforce safe work practices, communicate operational updates, highlight key priorities and critical focus areas.
Supervise and attend all flight handling activities and ensure full compliance with safety, security and regulatory on the apron.
