Float Pool Position Overview

This role is part of our Imaging Float Pool, requiring flexibility to work across multiple Front Range facilities and adapt to varying staffing needs. Caregivers self-schedule shifts on a first-come basis and commit to a minimum of four shifts within each 8-week period, including at least one hard-to-fill shift (such as weekends, holidays, nights, or on-call). Team members are expected to maintain competencies across assigned sites and work at a minimum of two different facilities per period. In exchange for this flexibility, float pool caregivers receive a 10% pay premium plus applicable shift differentials.

• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)(R) certification
• Radiologic technologist license in state of practice
