About the Role
I/ Key Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate raw materials, including green coffee beans, tea leaves, botanicals, and packaging materials, ensuring compliance with food safety requirements.
- Develop new food and beverage products, primarily coffee extract products, through laboratory research and testing.
- Study and optimize food processing technologies, including extraction, aroma recovery, distillation, fractionation, spray drying, and freeze drying.
- Identify and develop new suppliers and raw material sources to support new product development.
- Ensure products comply with food safety standards and applicable domestic and international food regulations.
- Conduct sensory evaluation and chemical analysis of coffee and beverage products.
- Plan and execute pilot-scale and production scale-up trials in collaboration with the Production team.
