Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Property Services
Location: Southampton (regional office-based with site visits)
Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 car allowance, fuel card & bonus scheme

They are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their Southampton team, focusing on delivering painting and decorating contracts for housing associations and local authorities.
