QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and pricing Perform measurement/taking off quantities for Bills of Quantity, cost planning, costing, and cost control Preparing quotations and follow-up. Liaise and negotiate with internal departments and client representatives on interim progress claims, variation orders, and final account settlement. Attend site meetings when required. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Building / Civil Engineering/ Quantity Surveying or equivalent. Prefer with 1-2 years of working experience in the construction industry. Must be computer literate. Independent, proactive, and self-motivated. Good teamwork.
