About the Role
Responsibilities
- Preparation and submission of interim and final claims for client approvals
- Preparation and submission of cost estimates for variation works
- Carry out site visits for joint measurement with clients for variation works
- Evaluation, verification and certification of subcontractor’s claims
- Quantities take‑off as per standards and preparation of estimates for tenders
- Preparation of material reconciliation statements
- Evaluation of rates and issuance of purchase orders for bulk material procurements
- Liaison with client’s contract team and attend meetings for payment‑related issues
- Assist the project/site manager with contractual matters
- Support the site team in preparation of method statements and risk assessments
